A Note on Insurance:
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. This allows therapy to be guided by your needs rather than insurance requirements such as diagnoses, treatment limits, or predetermined timelines. I can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan and benefits. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to learn more about your specific benefits.
Cancellation Policy
Supporting Structure & Continuity:
Therapy sessions are reserved specifically for you. I ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are charged the full session fee. I understand that life happens and unexpected circumstances can arise. Clear boundaries around scheduling help support consistency, safety, and predictability in the work.
